Clean Coffee at Home ☕
Simple swaps for creamy, better-for-you coffee — no junky creamers required.
☕ How to Make “Clean” Coffee at Home
Most people think coffee is just coffee.
But what you add after the coffee is usually where things go wrong — artificial creamers, inflammatory oils, gums, and synthetic sweeteners.
In the video below I’m showing you exactly how I make a clean cup of coffee using real ingredients that actually taste good and make you feel good.
Because your morning ritual should be something you enjoy — not something that leaves you bloated or jittery.
My Favorite Clean Coffee Add-Ins
🥛 Elmhurst Cashew Milk
One of my favorites for a cappuccino or latte texture. When you froth it, it gets super creamy without gums or fillers.
🍯 Honey
A little honey stirred into warm milk gives the coffee a natural sweetness. Maple syrup or date syrup work well too.
🥥 Coconut Sugar
If you want something simple, coconut sugar is an easy 1:1 swap for regular sugar.
🥥 Canned Coconut Milk
If you’re used to traditional creamers, this is a great transition. It’s thick, creamy, and satisfying.
Just make sure the ingredients are only coconut and water, and shake the can well before using.
🌿 Monk Fruit
A good zero-sugar option, but I recommend using a frother so it blends well and doesn’t separate.
☕ Laird Coffee Creamer
This one is convenient for mornings when you’re in a hurry. It’s already sweetened with coconut sugar and vanilla, so you can pour and go.
The One Tool That Makes a Huge Difference
A simple handheld frother (the $10 ones on Amazon work great).
It turns basic ingredients into something that tastes like a coffee shop drink at home.
One Last Tip
Finding your perfect clean coffee may take a little experimenting.
Different milks.
Different sweeteners.
Different ratios.
But once you dial it in, your morning coffee becomes something you genuinely look forward to — and something your body feels good drinking.
