Ever wonder why you can not stop eating bread after one slice? It takes so much strength to say no to a warm dinner roll and you feel so bloated after just a few bites? Here’s why:

White Flour is overly processed removing fiber and nutrients. It is often bleached or treated with chemical agents, too. Plus, it's generally asssited by synthetic vitamins which half of the population can not metabolize. unless flour is specified to be organic - it likely has pesticides, too. On top of all that, white flour is going to PACK on the inflammation due to White flour is a high-glycemic index food, which means it breaks down quickly and causes a rapid spike in blood sugar. This spike triggers an inflammatory response

Whole Wheat is tricky. People think it is healthy but here in America our wheat is grown, processed and packaged really quickly. 1. If it NOT organic, assume it has pesticides (glyphosate) which contribute to many chronic health issues. If it is organic - it is still wheat flour which spikes blood sugar making you gain weight, get hungry and tired. It also has fructans which make you hungry and crave sugar (this is why one slice of bread is never enough). It also has 27x more omega 6 than omega 3 making it inflammatory. It also is processed so quickly that our stomachs do not have the enzymes to break it down leaving us with bloat. It is gluten - you want to avoid gluten to feel amazing

Whole grain brown rice may be considered "not clean" if it is conventionally grown and contains residues of pesticides or heavy metals such as arsenic, which can accumulate in rice during cultivation. Additionally, if it undergoes any processing that adds preservatives or removes natural nutrients, it further deviates from clean eating principles.

Below is what bread should be made of in order to reduce inflammation, fatigue and bloat.

Almond flour is considered "clean" because it is made from finely ground almonds, preserving their natural nutrients like healthy fats, protein, and vitamin E. It is minimally processed and free from additives, making it an excellent choice for clean eating.

Coconut flour is considered "clean" because it is made from dried, ground coconut meat, retaining its natural nutrients like fiber and healthy fats. It is minimally processed and free from synthetic additives, aligning perfectly with clean eating principles.

Tapioca flour is "clean" as it is a single-ingredient, minimally processed flour from cassava, perfect for gluten-free cooking.

Cassava flour is considered "clean" because it is made from whole cassava root, which is peeled, dried, and ground, retaining its natural nutrients. Being organic ensures it is free from synthetic pesticides and fertilizers, aligning perfectly with clean eating principles.

Arrowroot powder is considered "clean" because it is a natural, gluten-free starch derived from the root of the arrowroot plant. It is minimally processed and serves as a versatile thickening agent without synthetic additives or chemicals.
