Ingredients:

  • 1⁄4 cup finely chopped nuts (walnuts, cashews and/or pecans)

  • 1⁄4 cup coconut shreds (optional)

  • 2 tbsp hemp seed

  • 2 tbsp coconut flour

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
