🔎 The Problem:
Whey (a dairy byproduct) is A1 casein and when you are bloated or inflammed (which lets face it…..80–90% of people have some degree of leaky gut here in America) A1 casein makes it more inflammed.
Wheat flour is sprayed with glyphosate, a chemical tied to gut irritation, leaky gut, and potentially cancer risk. Combined, these ingredients burden digestion and throw off hormonal balance.
