🚨 “Healthy” Foods That Are Totally Fooling You

You’ve seen the labels: “Whole grain,” “No added sugar,” “Heart-healthy,” “All natural.”
But here’s the truth → many of the “healthiest” products on the shelf are actually bloating you, inflaming your gut, and driving cravings.

Let’s break down a few that look clean… but definitely aren’t:

🚫 Dave’s Killer Bread

It’s got the word “killer,” but the real killer?
→ Cane sugar, processed grains, and “enzymes” you can’t decode.
This bread is fast-fermented, lacks nutrients, and often triggers bloat and blood sugar crashes.

They sound clean with their “3 egg whites, 6 almonds…” slogan, but look closer:
→ Natural flavors + synthetic preservatives that don’t belong in your body.
“Natural” doesn’t mean safe—it’s a loophole. Actually, this company had a lawsuit against them bc it shows less ingredients on front than what is on the back. The natural flavors are missing on the front. I do not like to support sneaky brands. I like transparency, you should too!

🚫 SkinnyPop Popcorn

The name implies it’ll help you lose weight—but it’s loaded with:
→ Sunflower oil, one of the most inflammatory seed oils out there.
These oils oxidize fast, cause cellular damage, and wreak havoc on your hormones.

🟢 My Swap: Lesser Evil or make your own with ghee and real sea salt.
