Clean Pecan Pie
Serves 8-10
For the Crust:
1 c blanched almond flour or tigernut flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
2/3 c tapioca flour
1/2 c butter or ghee or coconut oil, melted
1 tsp coconut sugar
1/2 tsp fine grain sea salt
1 large egg
For the Filling:
