Pulled Pork Waffle Sliders, Pineapple Coco Champagne Cocktail + Cleanest Waffle Makers.
A new year can be hard, make a simple recipe to help reach your resolutions. When the clock strikes, cheers-ing with a clean cocktail in-hand ensures no headache or puffiness the next morning.
I hope you are having an amazing Christmas and Hanukah with your family and friends. This time of the year can be so demanding with extravagant dinners that call for recipes that we rarely make (and eat). So, I wanted to cover the basics for the last week of 2024 and the first week of 2025. Throw some pork into a slow cooker and you have two or so meals for the family. This recipe, below, will also take something so simple like a pork and make it more fun…like a slider.
My kids really love a waffle slider with scrambled eggs and pork sausage in the middle topped with maple syrup so let that serve as another idea. I wanted to dive into clean bbq sauces, waffle mixes, bacon and condiments. This can be served as a simple meal or you can make it look fancy like the photo above for a casual friends dinner.
Here’s to making a simple meal taste even better and grabbing access to the cleanest waffle makers without forever chemicals.
