Family Dinner on repeat.

This recipe was born from one of those "throw it together and hope for the best" meals—and ended up being the star of the table. Juicy roasted chicken, crispy skin, lemony herbs, and a rich gravy made from chicken livers (don’t knock it till you try it)—all made with clean, label-approved ingredients. Liver has a ton of iron which most people need more of…yes!

No added sugar, no hidden junk, no mystery seasonings from a packet. Just real food that tastes like you cheated. The best part? You can grab everything at your local grocery store.

This is the kind of meal that makes people pause mid-bite and ask, “Wait…what’s IN this?”

Spoiler: It’s not the usual Cajun seasoning—it’s my clean mix that skips the MSG and anticaking agents, but still brings the heat. And that gravy? Silky, savory, and pure magic poured over your plate.

I wanted to share a bit of my personal life below — the fam diving into dinner :) If you make it, they will eat it. It starts with YOU. Do not wait for the family to get “on board”. They will love the flavors, they will love the fewer cravings and the energy and mostly they will love family time. Something we do every night is ask each other “what is your personal best of the day?”

This night…
Luke’s personal best was scoring a 3-pointer during P.E.
Jude’s personal best was winning a tennis match!
My personal best was making this dinner :)
and my husband, Seth, personal best was working out.

Ditch Oats Now: Oatmeal Lies Exposed, Glyphosate Danger & Clean Swaps Revealed

Think oatmeal is a healthy breakfast? Think again! Oatmeal spikes blood sugar worse than ice cream, thanks to its high glycemic index, and contains phytic acid, an anti-nutrient that blocks mineral absorption. Worse yet, most oats are loaded with glyphosate, a pesticide linked to cancer and inflammation. If you’re tired of bloating, fatigue, and gut issues, it’s time to ditch oats for good. Discover clean swaps like homemade nut milk pulp (almond, macadamia, or hemp) that deliver the same cozy texture without the harm.
