🍹 This Margarita Fights Bloat and Inflammation
Yep, it’s clean, refreshing, and doesn’t leave you feeling puffy or hungover.
🥂 A Margarita That Fights Inflammation? Yep. Here’s How.
Why feel bloated and sluggish after a drink when you could sip one that actually helps your body chill?
Most margaritas are a sugar bomb — spiked with syrups, mystery mixes, and fake lime flavor. That’s a recipe for headaches, puffiness, and a gut that’s ready to riot.
But this one?
It’s summer in a glass — made with simple, clean ingredients that don’t leave you inflamed, puffy, or hungover.
Here’s what you’ll need:
2 parts 100% agave tequila
(no added sugars, additives, or dyes — this is key)1 part honey water
(just melt raw honey in warm water) (i use 1/4 cup of honey and 1/4 cup warm water - store leftovers)1 part fresh lime juice
(not that bottled stuff you find at restaurants)Optional but delicious:
A few chunks of pineapple + a few fresh basil leaves
💡 Shake it over ice or blend it frozen. Either way, you’re winning.
Why This Margarita’s Different:
No refined sugar → we’re using raw honey instead
No fake mixers → just real citrus + optional fruit
Low histamine and anti-inflammatory → basil + pineapple + lime are all supportive to digestion and bloat
Clean tequila only → 100% agave, always
This isn’t just a recipe.
It’s a reminder: You don’t have to give up the fun to feel good.
So go ahead — make this for your next pool day, taco night, or girls’ night in.
Your body will thank you (and your taste buds will too).
