I’ve been taking the Spirulina and Chlorella for 3 months. Feel amazing! I fall asleep faster and have way more energy during the day. I’m so glad I heard about these on her podcast last year!

Did you just try the energy ones and take some in the morning and some in the evening or did you try two different ones?

I take 10 of the chlorella just after dinner and 10 Spirulina in the morning. It took me a week but then felt the energy. Even do things on my days off instead of lay around

I like them all but use spirulina in my morning smoothies daily
