Who’s Reading the Labels and Cooking?
The Label Letter is written by me, Jen Smiley, the founder and food coach of Wake Up and Read The Labels which, is a place that empowers people to feel good. I educate people on food labels at the grocery showing ones made with real ingredients. After helping friends and family lose inflammation with just swapping out foods, I developed products, accountability and encouragement to share the same message to many others. This label letter is a way for you to implement clean eating into your life in digestible format.
I also share clean swaps, recipes, and bits of my life as a mom of two boys living in New Orleans, Louisiana on Instagram.
